This film made by Dr Bernard Nathenson, a cofounder of NARAL and abortion rights activist who ran the largest abortion clinic in NYC, is more than just an ultra sound of an abortion. Nathenson shows actual films of an abortionist and also describes in detail how HE did a suction abortion (apparently they have to the crush the head in a suction abortion also, as in the PBA). 
 
Warning - This is EXTREMELY graphic. It is very difficult to watch for many who have had abortions themselves. It is painful to watch for almost anyone with a heart. It's a must watch for those who want to inform themselves... watch it, SHARE it....
